Frank Lampard’s team are beginning to show they can attack quickly and with plenty of flair, proving there may be life after Eden Hazard.

Pulisic scored his first goal in a Chelsea shirt after just 20 minutes, as he broke clear of the defence and calmly slotted into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.

The American attacker showed his tremendous pace and quick dribbling to earn his side a penalty soon after, which in-form Ross Barkley took with great composure.

A rampant Chelsea were 3-0 up after half an hour, with Pulisic scoring a delightful chipped goal after latching onto a glorious long-range through ball from Barkley.

Pedro scored a fourth for the Premier League team with an outrageous flicked volley with his back to goal in the second period, while substitute Michy Batshuayi also came alive in the box to score.

Lampard still does have plenty to look at defensively though, as the hosts netted three times in the second-half and a reoccurring theme of conceding from a corner took place once again.

A selection of Blues fans couldn’t stop raving about Pulisic on social media following his dazzling performance and he’s quickly gaining quite the fanbase.

The winger was such a handful on the left flank and was lethal in front of goal against Salzburg.

He arrives this summer as a highly-rated 20-year-old from Borussia Dortmund and many feel he’s ready to dazzle at Stamford Bridge.
