Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech delivered a masterclass on Friday while away on international duty – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter were waxing lyrical about him after his performance.
The Blues ace starred in Morocco’s 4-1 victory against Central African Republic in their African Cup of Nations qualifier.
Ziyech assisted the opener with a brilliant threaded pass, as well as scoring one himself with a left-footed finish from outside the box and netting another from the penalty spot.
He was directly involved in three of Morocco’s four goals and it’s certainly not a surprise given the way he’s been performing of late.
The 27-year-old winger was in excellent form for Chelsea before the pause for the international break, delivering back-to-back man of the match performances against Sheffield United and Burnley in Premier League games.
He is a right-winger that loves to drift inside onto his left foot and he’s now beginning to show the Blues the type of creator he can be.
Ziecyh has got the full range of passing in his locker and the vision to match, plus he’s composed in front of goal and always looks to unlock a door in the opposition’s defence.
