John Terry Advice, Aaron Ramsey Rumours, and Enrique to Arsenal

John Terry Advice

Andreas Christesen has said he sought the advice of Chelsea legend John Terry, following a slight dip in form in recent weeks. The Dane has been in impressive form since becoming a regular in Antonio Conte’s side, but recent performances have seen a few mistakes creep into his game. Following these mistakes, he received help from Terry.

Christensen said:

“My team-mates have seen all my other performances, so they know that these mistakes aren’t typical for me. I have had a smaller talk with John Terry: he has also experienced setbacks and it is always nice to talk to someone watching it from the outside and to learn that they have experienced the same.

“He told me that it is natural to make mistakes and he tried to put it in perspective for me saying that, if a forward misses a chance, he can make it good again by scoring when he gets the next opportunity.”

Aaron Ramsey Rumours

In a bid to boost their home-grown player quota, Chelsea could launch a bid for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey in the summer. The Welshman’s contract at Arsenal expires in the summer of 2019, and the Blues could make an offer for him in the next transfer window. Olivier Giroud joined from the Gunners in January, and Chelsea are set to target another Arsenal player soon.

Enrique to Arsenal

Luis Enrique could wait to succeed Antonio Conte at Chelsea, as he would prefer to be the next manager of Arsenal – should Arsene Wenger depart. Former Barcelona manager Enrique is the current favourite to become the next manager of Chelsea, with Conte looking likely to depart this summer. The Spaniard would prefer to take over at the Emirates, as he believes he would be given more job security than he would under Roman Abramovich.
