Musonda Move
Charly Musonda could be set to swap blue for red and move across London, as recent reports have suggested the Belgian could move to Arsenal.
The Belgian is reportedly unhappy about his lack of first-team football this season, and wants to leave the club. Musonda hit the headlines recently over an Instagram post that hit out against the club, and these reports suggest the winger is far from happy about current situations at Stamford Bridge.
So far this season, Musonda has only made two starts for Chelsea, both coming in the Carabao Cup.
Dani Alves Agreement
Dani Alves has revealed that he agreed to join Chelsea at one point during his career, and that is he keen to play in the Premier League before he retires.
Chelsea were linked with the Brazilian during the summer, but Alves eventually settled on a move to Paris Saint-Germain instead.
Alves also revealed that he had agreements with Liverpool and Real Madrid at stages of his career, but eventually opted for Barcelona.
The defender says he still has an ambition to play in England, saying:
“I still have this ambition, yes. But I don’t know if it will happen now. I think there are plenty of things to do here first with PSG.”
Matic Comments
Ahead of his return to Stamford Bridge on Sunday, Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic claims he has nothing to prove to his former club.
“I feel when I played there, I showed them my quality. We won the title twice and also two cups, so I don’t have to prove to them anything. I just have to prove something to my new club.”
Matic left Chelsea in the summer, reuniting with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford. The Serbian says he is happy at his new club.
“I’m happy to be working with Mourinho. That’s all I can say. As I said, when I played at Chelsea I give always my best to help the team but now Manchester United is my club and I will try to win there.”
