Mason Mount is reportedly an injury doubt for England – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter are extremely anxious about the news.

Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol explained earlier on Tuesday that the 22-year-old is doubtful going into England’s Wednesday game against Poland.

He reported that the Blues attacking midfielder trained indoors away from the Three Lions squad.

“One player is missing this morning, and that is Mason Mount,” Solhekol told Sky Sports, as quoted by Football Daily.

“We’ve just been told that he will not be training with the rest of the England squad. He is actually training indoors with England’s medical and performance team.

“That would seem to suggest he is a doubt for tomorrow night’s game. If he’s not taking part in this training session here, you would have to think that would he will not be playing tomorrow.”

The creative playmaker has started seven games in a row for his country, which is a streak that may end tomorrow due to a suspected injury problem.

A selection of Chelsea supporters on social media are extremely worried about their star’s fitness.
