Pulisic performance for United States
American media CBS Sports marked Pulisic’s contribution against Morocco a 9/10 performance.
The Chelsea winger certainly left his mark on the contest during his 65 minutes on the pitch, which included a brilliant assist for new Leeds signing Brenden Aaronson.
“What awareness in the box from Pulisic to take an excellent first touch before waiting for the run from Aaronson for the opener. He also had a nice moment to give Wright the penalty he won. Pulisic became the fastest player to double digit goals and assists in only 49 caps,” CBS Sports wrote.
Incidentally, England manager Gareth Southgate will have a close eye on how the United States are shaping up given they’re in the same World Cup group in Qatar at the end of the year.
Pulisic future
Chelsea fans are regularly tearing their hair out over Pulisic because he’s often playing within himself.
Blues supporters have watched first-hand how superb the American can be in their side, but his form is patchy to say the least.
It’s been reported Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admirers the Chelsea player. However, his valuation is likely to price him out of a potential move to Liverpool.
