Benoit Badiashile has joked that Chelsea teammate Mykhailo Mudryk never passes the ball.
Badiashile and Mudryk, who both joined the Blues in the January transfer window, are two of the mid-season recruits at Stamford Bridge.
Badiashile, 21, is making a positive impression in the squad as a young centre-back. He’s a £35million signing that many view as one for the future, but the defender is already making his impact.
As for Mudryk, he could end costing the club £89million. With that brings a different kind of pressure on him.
The 22-year-old is a very direct attacker who loves to dribble and take on defenders.
He’s still finding his best form in Chelsea colours, but Paul Merson was impressed by his latest display last weekend.

Badiashile jokes that Chelsea’s new forward doesn’t pass to anyone.
When discussing Mudryk’s passing statistic on FIFA, Badiashile said: “He doesn’t pass the football, [he just dribbles].”
Mudryk provided the assist for Mateo Kovacic’s volley against Leicester City last Saturday, so there is no need to worry about him not being a team player.
In fact, it’s great to have an individual that loves the ball at his feet and has the confidence to take the game on by himself.
Chelsea fans are only going to warm to the Ukraine international if he shows his flair and skill on the ball.

We are going to learn a lot more about Mudryk in the months ahead as he settles in England.
His pace and athleticism should mean teams hate facing him, but he’s got to combine that with end product to succeed at the highest level.
