Chelsea star Christian Pulisic claims he’s now feeling a lot stronger after a lot more time in the gym recently.
Pulisic, who’s missed a large chunk of games post-World Cup with a knee problem, has returned from injury with a couple of cameo appearances in the last two matches.
The 24-year-old attacker has had a disappointing season so far in Chelsea colours, scoring just once in his 23 appearances across all competitions.
However, the United States international has shown in the past just how effective he can be.
He’s linking up with his country for the imminent international break to play in games against Grenada and El Salvador.

Pulisic has shared he’s now feeling in a much better place with his body.
“After this injury, I worked a lot in the gym. I feel like I’ve become a lot stronger. I feel like I’m gonna be a better player in future years because of this,” Pulisic told ESPN.
Hopefully, Pulisic is going to peak in the final few months of the season.
We doubt he’s in Graham Potter’s best line-up now when everyone’s available, but he’s shown in the past he can make a difference in the Champions League.
Will he have an important role to play in next month’s quarter-final tie against Real Madrid?

ESPN claimed last month that Chelsea plan to make Pulisic available for sale in this summer’s transfer window.
We think it will take something special from the American from now until the end of the season to make the Blues change their minds.
With his current deal at Stamford Bridge expiring in 2024, it could be the perfect time this summer to cash in on him.
