Trevoh Chalobah has posted a determined message on Twitter, which is most likely referring to his recent Chelsea performances.
Chalobah, 22, has been the surprise package at Stamford Bridge this season after being integrated into the first-team squad by manager Thomas Tuchel.
The English defender is another youngster to come through the Blues academy at Cobham, so fans have loved watching his development into a senior player.
It’s been a really encouraging campaign for the centre-back, making 26 senior appearances across all competitions.
There has been a couple of shaky moments from him in recent displays, though.
He was very fortunate not to give away a penalty in the most recent Premier League win against Newcastle United. Also, he did give away a spot-kick in a league victory against Norwich City when he handled the ball in the box, albeit he did score in that contest.
In fairness, his near-faultless performances from earlier in the season have disappeared somewhat.
Chalobah has uploaded a 10-word message during the international break:
“If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Focused,” Chalobah wrote on Twitter.

Fantastic debut season with Chelsea seniors
Yes, Chalobah’s individual form was a tad rocky prior to the international break.
However, he should be over the moon with how this 2021/22 season is going for him on the whole.
The break has come at an ideal time for him to recharge his batteries during what will have been a mentally draining campaign.
The ball-playing centre-half is still someone that Tuchel can rely on, and it’s easy to forget he’s still only 22.
