Ray Parlour has urged Declan Rice to leave West Ham in the summer to go play on the biggest stage.
West Ham and England midfielder Rice, 24, is an individual that’s been linked heavily with Chelsea in the past.
According to The Telegraph last month, Chelsea and Arsenal could compete at the end of the season for the central midfielder’s signature.
However, the Daily Mail recently claimed that Chelsea are unlikely to sign £80million-rated Rice in the summer due to the arrival of Enzo Fernandez in January.

Declan Rice should move
TalkSPORT pundit Ray Parlour has told Rice he needs to exit West Ham:
“Declan Rice has got to go to a bigger club, play Champions League football on a regular basis, and do it week in and week out at a big club,” Parlour told talkSPORT.
In our view, Rice needs to be on the move this summer. He’s got 18 months remaining on his current deal at the London Stadium, so links away from West Ham are no surprise.
For us, we’d love to see him lining up in a Chelsea shirt next season and improving the midfield. He feels destined for more at club level either way.

It’s a big shame that Rice hasn’t played Champions League football before because he’s more than good enough. You only need to look at his performances at the World Cup and European Championship with England to know that.
He should still have his prime years ahead of him, so it feels like a natural time to make a big step.
A return to Chelsea, where he was let go as a youngster in the academy, is one that has been fantasised about for years by supporters. Is it realistic to spend big on him in the summer after back-to-back windows of huge investment, though?
