Chelsea have made one part of their project very clear since the new ownership at the club came in.
The Blues have made it part of their mantra to bring in some of the world’s top talents before their elite rivals have been able to.
The highlight additions so far have been Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez, with the duo already making appearances for their senior national teams.

Stanley Quarshie training with Chelsea
Despite the reported rift between Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali, there are seemingly no plans for that to stop anytime soon.
A number of promising talents from around the world have been handed their chance to impress with the academy, and it looks like they have done the same again with Ghanian talent Stanley Quarshie.
Scout Vinyl Tong has claimed that the defender is currently with the youth sides at Cobham looking to prove his worth.
He said: “Stanley Quarshie, a promising left footed CB from VIM Academy, is currently training with Chelsea’s youth team in London.
“As an exciting talent, he’s definitely one to watch for the future.”
Left-footed centre-backs are certainly something the first team are not short on at the moment, with Levi Colwill starting every Premier League game so far this season.
The England international will likely be delighted with the fact that he is getting regular minutes in his preferred position, with him playing a large portion of his games at left-back last season.
Backing him up is Benoit Badiashile, who remained at the club despite the fact that there were rumours of him moving on over the summer.
Chelsea have invested in the centre-back position with a youngster for the future already with the signing of Aaron Anselmino.
The Argentine is set to join up with the first team as soon as next summer, although it remains to be seen if a loan move is in his future.
