Chelsea host Leicester City on Saturday afternoon at Stamford Bridge and will be desperate to strengthen their position in the top four of the Premier League.

The Blues have won their last two consecutive league fixtures since a defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers and also booked a spot in the Carabao Cup semi-finals against Tottenham.

Maurizio Sarri’s side now have their eyes on Leicester, who are 12th-placed in the table and can be an unpredictable team.

Leicester could prove a stern test if they turn up and took Manchester City to penalties in midweek in the cup before losing, but Chelsea should be confident at home of three points.

Sarri will need to decide how he lines up offensively, but it should certainly include a starting role for Pedro.

Pedro has started just two of the club’s last five games across all competitions and is certainly an underrated member of the squad.

The 31-year-old right-winger has the pace and trickery to cause havoc against Leicester, especially considering they are waiting for a late fitness test on first-choice left-back Ben Chilwell.

He’s already scored six goals so far this season in the Premier League and has a great chance of adding to that tally if he gets a starting role.

Pedro has turned out to be an incredible £21million signing (BBC) from Barcelona and the hard working winger always delivers a positive display whenever he plays..

He came off the bench in the cup win over Bournemouth in midweek to combine with Eden Hazard for his goal and his intelligent link up play may be needed to breakthrough Leicester.
