Chelsea suffered a humiliating 4-0 away defeat to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Wednesday night and it was a miserable result that has impacted the top four face.
The Blues were embarrassed on the road and have now slipped to fifth in the league table, with Arsenal overtaking them on goal difference.
Maurizio Sarri’s side once again fell into the same trap of plenty of possession without much penetration in attack, while individual mistakes and a rampant home side cost them at the other end.
Bournemouth scored four times in the second-half to secure an emphatic win for them with Josh King (two), David Brooks and Charlie Daniels on the scoresheet.
There were poor displays all over the park for Chelsea, but supporters were particularly frustrated with Jorginho for his efforts.
The 27-year-old midfielder has divided opinion since his summer arrival for £50million (Daily Star) at Stamford Bridge and is a mainstay in Sarri’s XI.
He is a pass master that is good with the ball at his feet, but lacks defensive qualities at the base of midfield and was unable to unlock doors in the Bournemouth backline.
Here are some of the Chelsea fans tearing into Jorginho after another below par performance:
Jorginho was a huge waste of money, guy does not bring anything to the team, Cant defend, cant run, and is meant to be this great passer of the ball yet doesn’t have a single assist this season.

This hipster football dream of Jorginho and Kovacic together just doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked for months, certainly not working now

Top 4 gone for Chelsea I believe, unless Sarri puts Kante back into his normal position and gets rid of Jorginho. #CFC
