Loftus-Cheek also assisted teammate Callum Hudson-Odoi in the 90th minute, as he flicked it into the path of the youngster to fire in and put the tie firmly in the favour of the Premier League side.

A selection of Chelsea fans were blown away by Loftus-Cheek’s second-half cameo and want to see more of him in the first team.
The 23-year-old is still trying to force his way into the XI on a permanent basis, but the powerhouse central midfielder usually makes an impact when he’s on the pitch.
