Chelsea recorded a win away at Swedish club Malmo on Thursday night – and many of the club’s supporters on Twitter offered a mixed bag on the performance of Andreas Christensen.

Maurizio Sarri’s side were fairly comfortable with a two-goal lead courtesy of goals from Ross Barkley and Olivier Giroud, but Anders Christiansen did score for the hosts to give them a goal to take to Stamford Bridge.

A selection of fans on social media were keen to discuss Blues defender Christensen, who was promoted to the starting XI by Sarri for the European tie.

The 22-year-old centre-back made his 15th senior appearance of the season and is someone that should be pushing for a regular starting position.
