Chelsea desperately need a response tomorrow when they host West Ham at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
The Blues have lost their last three consecutive home matches, including the midweek 4-2 league defeat against Arsenal.
It’s another London derby for Thomas Tuchel’s side and a chance to try strengthen third place in the league table.
The Chelsea Chronicle is predicting that manager Tuchel is going to make four changes on Sunday afternoon from the side that started against Arsenal.
It’s worth noting both Antonio Rudiger and Mateo Kovacic are unavailable due to injuries.
GK and defence
First of all, number one goalkeeper Edouard Mendy continues in-between the sticks, with his main aim to get a clean sheet at home again.
There’s two changes in the back three that could be made.
23-year-old Malang Sarr, who had a rough time against Arsenal, drops out of the starting line-up. Blues captain Cesar Azpilicueta comes out of the side and on to the bench, too.
The aforementioned duo are replaced in the XI by Thiago Silva, as well as a youngster in Trevoh Chalobah, who should be fresh to play after very little football recently.
Andreas Christensen retains his starting position in the defence.

Midfield
It’s Reece James and Marcos Alonso that could start the game at wing-back against West Ham. James has impressed in some matches recently at centre-half, but he returns to wing-back in this predicted side.
The centre of the park is the senior pairing of N’Golo Kante and Jorginho, with the latter returning in place of Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
For certain, the midfield battle on the weekend is going to be crucial against a strong opponent.
Attack
Tuchel could return to an attacking combination that he’s liked in some recent games.
In-form Mason Mount continues roaming and creating in the number 10 position, while you can’t take attacker Timo Werner out of the side when he’s performing as well as he has all season.
The fourth and final change comes at striker where Kai Havertz comes into the team at the expense of Romelu Lukaku.

Predicted line-up
Mendy
Chalobah Silva Christensen
James Jorginho Kante Alonso
Mount
Havertz Werner
IN: Chalobah, Silva, Jorginho, Havertz
OUT: Sarr, Azpilicueta, Loftus-Cheek, Lukaku
