Chelsea recored a vital 1-0 win over West Ham on Saturday evening – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter picked out Mason Mount as a real standout performer for his side.
The Blues edged the contest at the London Stadium to earn three points in the Premier League fixture.
Timo Werner was the match-winner with his goal on the stroke of half time, as he found space inside the penalty box to convert a Ben Chilwell cross.
The German centre-forward missed a clear chance during the second period, but it was a much-deserved goal for hm after a difficult period.
Additionally, the hosts had to play the final 10 minutes with a man less after Fabian Balbuena was sent off.
It means that Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea stay fourth in the league table, but they now have a three-point cushion over West Ham

A selection of Chelsea fans on social media believe that their attacking midfielder Mount was once again the star of the show.
The 22-year-old went so close to scoring on a couple of occasions with attempts from outside of the box. As well as that, the England international was full of great running and movement during the contest.
His reputation continues to grow by the week, and it will be no surprise to see him shine next week in the Champions League semi final first leg against Real Madrid.
