Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has sent his imminent new teammate Hakim Ziyech a message ahead of the Ajax winger’s arrival at Stamford Bridge.
The 22-year-old is expected to join Chelsea on July 1, although the Blues will not be able to register him as their player until the start of next season.
Ziyech has generated plenty of expectation, not just from the fans, but also from his future Blues teammates.
Tammy, who has been Chelsea’s primary goal-scorer this season with 13 strikes in the Premier League, said he cannot wait for Ziyech to join the team.
Tammy sent Ziyech his message through NOS: “Hi Hakim, it’s Tammy here.
“I just want to wish you all the best for the rest of the season.
“Can’t wait for you to come and join us. You know I’m ready, man.
“Can’t wait to see you, bro. Take care.”
Hakim Ziyechs vrienden en oud-/toekomstige ploeggenoten hebben nog een mooie boodschap voor hem, voordat de baltovenaar naar @ChelseaFC vertrekt.

Previously, former Premier League striker Peter Crouch said Ziyech would be a huge asset for Chelsea and that “he’d be biting my lips if he were Tammy”.
Ziyech has arguably been the most creative player in the Eredivisie, having laid on 40 assists in the league in the past three seasons (and he could have had more if the most recent campaign was not ended prematurely).
Tammy, who specialises inside the penalty box, would definitely enjoy the perfectly-weighted, pinpoint crosses from the Morroco international next season.
