Chelsea players have shared some celebration posts on social media as Chelsea secured a top-four finish to qualify for the Champions League.

The Premier League season has officially ended now as Chelsea managed to secure a top-four finish after their 2-0 win over Wolves at Stamford Bridge.

To qualify for the Champions League has always been the primary objective this season for Chelsea and they have reached that goal.

“We should be happy with what we have achieved,” Frank Lampard said after the game (via Chelsea’s Twitter).

Important games including the FA Cup final against Arsenal on August 1 are still ahead, but this top-four finish deserves a little celebration — and some Chelsea stars have gone on social media to do that.

Timo Werner who arrived in London today shared his first moment at his new home.

Christian Pulisic uploaded a picture of tonight’s celebration on the pitch with a caption saying: “So proud of this team. What a season it has been.”

While during the game, Chelsea’s new star Hakim Ziyech took a moment to appreciate’s Mason Mount’s impeccable free-kick technique as he scored the opening goal.

Willy Caballero who made an important save tonight said on Instagram: “Happy to end the season with our target accomplished.”

Kurt Zouma also had a great dominating performance today and he said on Instagram: “We’ve finished the Premier League season very well!”
