Chelsea might’ve found another potential buyer for the club in the form of Stamford Bridge season ticket holder, Loutfy Mansour.
According to the Telegraph, Mansour, who sometimes sits in the stands at the home of the European champions, might make a bid for the Blues.
The 33-year-old is apparently confident he can put together a sturdy enough offer to takeover Roman Abramovich’s kingdom.
Why is Chelsea changing hands?
Abramovich has officially put Chelsea up for sale, following an announcement yesterday that he was stepping down from his role as owner.
His decision to hand over the organisation he acquired in 2003 arrives largely due to the sanctions set to be placed upon him by the government.

Any of the Russian oligarchs with ties to Vladimir Putin are being justifiably punished for any involvement they might have in the war on Ukraine.
Although Abramovich denied such connection to the ugly and upsetting scenes across the continent, he has been backed into a corner and forced to relinquish Chelsea.
Many names have since come forward as possible successors to the Russian’s reign over the South West London team.
Billionaire duo Hansjorg Wyss and Todd Boehly are apparently joining forces to make a proposal.
Conor McGregor has thrown his interest into the ring, although the former UFC’s £141m (Telegraph) fortune might slightly miss the mark required to acquire the Blues.
Who Loutfy is Mansour?
Mansour is another man mentioned as a conceivable proprietor of Abramovich’s empire.
He holds the position of chief executive of Man Capital, a section of his family’s enterprise, the Mansour Group.
As highlighted before, the Egyptian clearly follows Chelsea on a fan basis, possibly giving him leverage above the other interested suitors.
What supporters of the Champions League holders really want is someone who puts football first before finances.
If Mansour can ensure and prove that, then he will be welcomed into the family with open arms.
