Chelsea have confirmed their 24-man Champions League squad that will travel to Spain for Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final first-leg match against Real Madrid.
Mateo Kovacic, who is still nursing a hamstring injury, is the only player missing from the travelling squad.
While Thomas Tuchel will still have both Jorginho and N’Golo Kante as midfield options, he has also named two teenage talents; Billy Gilmour and Tino Anjorin, in his squad.

This will be Gilmour’s first involvement in a Champions League match for a while, having been left out of the squad for quarter-final matches against Porto.
Meanwhile, Anjorin is likely going to be a fourth-choice centre-midfielder, but his versatility means he can cover several other positions as well.
Mason Mount is another versatile player who could also play in the deeper midfield role, but Chelsea would likely need his influence in the final third in such a big game.
