Mason Mount was greeted by a warm embrace by Charlie Webster upon his return to Chelsea training.
The club cameras captured Webster putting his arm around the England international, as the pair walked out on to the training pictures together earlier today.
Mount is back at Cobham for the first time since he jetted off to the World Cup last month.
His journey concluded in the quarter-finals, with England unable to knock the holders France from their perch.

The 23-year-old started the first two matches, but was then dropped for the final group game against Wales.
Gareth Southgate did not include the Chelsea academy graduate in either XI for the knockout stages, only bringing him on late in the victory over Senegal and the defeat to France.
Mason Mount returns to Chelsea
Following the World Cup disappointment, Mount must quickly retrain his focus to help Chelsea secure a strong second-half to the season.
Graham Potter’s side have a mountain to climb if they are to achieve anything meaningful, both domestically and in Europe.
His men are currently eight Premier League points behind Tottenham Hotspur in fourth, having failed to win any of their last five fixtures.
Chelsea’s Champions League restarts in the middle of February with a tricky trip to Borussia Dortmund.
Before that, the Blues have an even harder task of attempting to beat Manchester City in the FA Cup.

Lose away to Dortmund and City, and Potter’s campaign might be over before it’s even begun.
The friendly against Brentford is the final preparation before Stamford Bridge acts host to Bournemouth on the 27th of December in the league.
Potter has one last chance to tinker with his team and tactics, as he continues to embed all of the players who featured at the World Cup.
Not to mention potentially including the likes of Webster and his fellow Under-21 comrades in a matchday squad.
