Chelsea fans who stayed up to watch Strasbourg play on Sunday night were in for a treat, as they got to see several BlueCo players light up the field against Marseille.
Chelsea and Strasbourg are both owned by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital‘s BlueCo company.
It’s a partnership that has worked wonders for the Blues already, with Andrey Santos, Djordje Petrovic and Caleb Wiley a few names who are on loan there this season.
This fits in perfectly with Chelsea’s transfer policy of signing exciting young players and developing them at their sister club.
Interestingly, Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez could be two of the latest set for development, as the pair will move to Chelsea in 2025.
However, one Strasbourg player has caused Chelsea fans to call for him to come to Stamford Bridge after an impressive display against Marseille last night.

Sebastian Nanasi’s performance vs Marseille
Sebastian Nanasi joined Strasbourg from Swedish side Malmo during the summer transfer window.
He typically operates as a left winger and has scored three goals, as well as provided one assist in his last four games for the French club.
Against Marseille, Nanasi was impressive once again, laying on one assist, having 43 touches, a passing accuracy percentage of 79, making three key passes, completing both his long balls and winning three duels.
The winger received a rating of 7.5 (as per SofaScore), which was higher than both Petrovic and Santos.
