Reece James has hinted that he and Chelsea co-worker N’Golo Kante are edging towards their recovery.
James uploaded a photo of himself the fragile Frenchman to his Twitter, with the caption: ‘On the mend’, accompanied by a robot emoji.
The defender and Kante have probably become extremely acquainted in the last few months.
They have both spent a large chunk of the campaign in the treatment room for various wounds.
Kante has been side-lined since the second Premier League game of the season thanks to hamstring problem.

He underwent surgery in October and Graham Potter revealed the midfielder might not play again until March.
Reece James and N’Golo Kante come together
Meanwhile, James picked up a knee problem four weeks before the World Cup kicked off.
Chelsea’s academy graduate attempted to be fit in time for the competition, but was not risked by Gareth Southgate.
Instead, he continued his rehabilitation at Cobham, then Dubai and finally in Abu Dhabi.
Potter was eventually able to recall the full-back for his side’s first fixture post the World Cup.
However, despite the delight of the Stamford Bridge faithful, the decision to reinstate James seemed to be a hasty one.

The 23-year-old was forced off the pitch shortly after the interval, seemingly wincing from an issue in the same knee he’d only just reconstructed.
But, James has given fans reason to believe he and Kante will be present again before too long, thanks to his optimistic social media post.
