Chelsea supporters were left very impressed by what they saw from Enzo Fernandez on international duty for Argentina last night.
They collectively took to social media to praise his performance, however one moment of skill in particular caught the majority’s eye.
Fernandez last night saw a familiar face in midfield opposite him as he took part in a World Cup qualifier in South America.
Facing Ecuador, he was up against Moises Caicedo who joined the club late in the summer window.
It was the World Cup winner who came out on top though, with Lionel Messi scoring late despite being clattered earlier in the day by Chelsea’s record signing.
Both Blues had strong performances, however there was plenty of praise for Fernandez for a moment of sheer brilliance.

With the ball seemingly behind him, he produced an outrageous flick over his head to play the ball down the line for his teammate.
Chelsea supporters were quick to praise one of their more popular players for the piece of brilliance in particular he had just provided.
One user tweeted: “Enzo Fernandez man what a player. He’s just too good.”

The midfielder is going to be huge for the Blues when they return to domestic duty in a week’s time, as Mauricio Pochettino looks to lead his side up the table.
