McFarlane will be desperate for the team he has put out to get the job done after the weekend’s round of Premier League results.
Chelsea have now dropped down to ninth in the Premier League table, meaning that they are now at risk of missing out on European football altogether having initially aimed for Champions League qualification.

Fabregas recently gave an interview about his philosophy, stating that he will never coach long balls.
