Liam Rosenior got off to a winning start to life as a Chelsea manager when his side beat Charlton in the Third Round of the FA Cup.
The Blues were dominant for large portions of the tie, and despite seeing their lead halved in the second half they eventually ran out 5-1 winners.
Jorrel Hato, Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Guiu, Pedro Neto and Enzo Fernandez found the net to give Rosenior the perfect start to life in his new role, becoming the first manager since Antonio Conte to win his first game in charge of the club.
Who was your Man of the Match vs Charlton?
The Dutchman was making a rare start for the Blues in the absence of Marc Cucurella, who was suspended after his red card against Fulham in the week.

Liam Rosenior really pleased by Jorrel Hato’s performance in Chelsea 5-1 Charlton
It was a very impressive performance from the teenager, and it seems as if he impressed his manager in his own audition for more minutes at Stamford Bridge.
TNT Sports pundit Karen Carney pointed out at half-time that she had overheard Rosenior being very positive about Hato’s performance, frequently instilling ‘confidence’ in his display.
Opportunities did not come that often for the Dutchman during Enzo Maresca’s time in charge of the club. A notably bad performance against Qarabag saw Hato drop out of the rotation for a while.
However, with a new manager at the helm it is a clean slate for the majority of players at the club, and Hato is one of those who will be looking to take it.

Hato’s interesting position vs Charlton
Straight away, it became clear that Hato would not be playing in a traditional left-back position against Charlton.
Jorrel Hato scores his first Chelsea goal!
He helped form a box midfield alongside Andrey Santos, Moises Caicedo and Facundo Buonanotte, and the four of them clearly overwhelmed the opposition in the middle of the park.
It was because of his altered position that Hato was able to pop up in the penalty area to smash a sensational goal to open the scoring just before half-time.
It remains to be seen if he will be on the cusp of more minutes when Cucurella is available for selection again
