There were very few complaints about Chelsea’s performance on the pitch after their 3-0 win over Aston Villa yesterday.
Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez made it back-to-back Premier League games with goals, while Cole Palmer ended what some would describe as a goalscoring drought with a sensational second half strike.
There was a rare clean sheet at home too, with the defence and goalkeeper putting in some strong individual displays.
The one thing which will concern Enzo Maresca is the fact that Wesley Fofana limped off in the second half with an apparent hamstring problem.

Benoit Badiashile has chance to prove himself after Wesley Fofana’s injury
Fofana himself hinted the injury wasn’t as bad as first feared, although he is surely set for a number of games on the sideline now.
Maresca will now need to look to his squad to see how would be best fit to replace the Frenchman, and the best bet at this stage looks like Benoit Badiashile.
The centre-back was not enjoying the best campaign until recently, although the £35m signing has certainly begun to turn things around in recent weeks.
He was handed his first Premier League start of the season against Leicester after the international break, and slotted in very nicely alongside Levi Colwill.
Why starting Benoit Badiashile could be an issue for Chelsea
There may be a concern that there would be three left-footed players alongside each other in the backline, with Marc Cucurella also seeming undroppable at this stage.
Other options could be Tosin Adarabioyo or Axel Disasi, however the fact it was Badiashile brought on to replace Fofana during the Villa game points towards it being him.
With minutes being at a premium so far this season for anyone in the Premier League other than the starting duo, now seems the perfect chance for Badiashile to show to his manager that he should be in for more minutes in the foreseeable future.
