After joining the club in the summer, Enzo Maresca will have been immediately struck by the size of the squad he was coming in to deal with at Chelsea this season.
The boss has begun to rotate more lately due to the build up of fixtures over the festive period, however this has coincided with them having their worst run of form of the season.
Maresca has utilised the Conference League as an opportunity to give players a chance to prove their worth, although those games will not come around again until March due to them topping the group.

Antonio Conte leading race to sign Cesare Casadei from Chelsea
One of the players who has fallen into this category is Cesare Casadei. The Italian is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League this season.
The current boss will know better than most the player he has in the midfielder, with him having him on loan for half of last season at Leicester City.
Because of his lack of gametime, it has been reported that Casadei is up for sale, with a number of clubs interested in a deal to sign him.
Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has reportedly entered the charge to sign the Italian, and according to Di Marzio are now leading the race to sign him.
Conte has been the benefactor of a former Chelsea player this season already, with a club finally giving a permanent home to Romelu Lukaku last summer.

Which other clubs are interested in Cesare Casadei?
Casadei has attracted a vast amount of attention from Serie A sides for a potential January move.
Torino were the first side linked with signing Casadei, however their interest was soon matched by Lazio as his career at Stamford Bridge looks to be coming to an end.
The midfielder was one of the first players signed under the new regime, although a number of loan moves away have not seen him develop as much as the club would have liked.
