Armando Broja, who is out on loan from Chelsea this season, has shared a conversation he previously had with Mason Mount.
Broja, 19, is a Blues-Owned striker that is currently on a season-long loan with Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem.
The teenage centre-forward has scored 10 goals in 26 appearances across all competitions so far this campaign.
Broja has explained he previously spoke with Chelsea first teamer Mount about his move to Holland.
22-year-old attacking midfielder Mount has gone from academy graduate to a key senior figure at Stamford Bridge, benefiting from the loan system earlier in his career to develop his game.
The England international was brilliant in the English Championship with Derby County, but before that enjoyed success out on loan with Vitesse.
“I spoke with Mason. He said it was an amazing place to develop,” Broja said, as quoted by the Guardian.
“He was explaining how he didn’t play in the first few months and found it difficult. He said: ‘You have to man up quite quickly, you’re living on your own in a different country.’ You’re not going to have your parents to rely on. You’ve got to step up because you’re playing men’s football. You have to ask more from yourself.”

If you think about the Chelsea stars out on loan, the likes of Conor Gallagher, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ross Barkley and Fikayo Tomori spring to mind.
Broja is a fairly unknown talent in comparison despite making one first-team appearances, and he’s been on the Chelsea books since he joined the academy at the end of his Under-9s season.
The forward is now making a name for himself in Dutch football, and perhaps he can send out a real statement when he’s got a chance on Sunday of featuring for Albania against England in a World Cup qualifier.
