While Chelsea can no longer sign players as part of the summer transfer window, it remains open for a number of sides outside of Europe.

The Blues will likely be a bit disappointed that they weren’t able to move on a number of their players away from Stamford Bridge on deadline day, whether that be permanently or on loan.

It has been reported today that youngster Angelo Gabriel is the topic of interest from Saudi Arabia, with them looking to bring in him late in the window.

However, it looks as if he is not the only signing made during the Todd Boehly era who is of interest to other sides as they look to complete their final business of the summer.

Deivid Washington is a player who Chelsea thought they may have been getting rid of on deadline day, with them seeming to have a deal agreed with Strasbourg over his permanent transfer.

Flamengo want Deivid Washington from Chelsea today

That move fell through, however Ge Globo have claimed that he is a target of Flamengo as the Brazilian transfer window remains open for a few more hours.

A move there would see him playing his football with former Chelsea star David Luiz, who has spent time with Arsenal since his second departure from Stamford Bridge.

Washington has a handful of first team appearances under his name off the bench, however looks a long way off the plans this season under Enzo Maresca.

Chelsea refused to sign Victor Osimhen on deadline day

This is despite the Blues deciding against making a big money striker their priority in this summer’s transfer window.

Youngster Marc Guiu seems to have overtaken Washington in the pecking order as far as first team options go, with him making regular starts in the Conference League after the pre-season tour of the United States.

Either way, Nicolas Jackson firmly remains the number one option at Stamford Bridge right now.
