Kevin Campbell thinks Raheem Sterling has been Chelsea’s best player this season.
Raheem Sterling was in top form in Chelsea’s 4-1 win against Burnley at Turf Moor over the weekend.
He scored one goal, won a penalty and forced Ameen Al-Dakhil to deflect the ball into his own net. Speaking on Football Daily, Campbell hailed his performance as “brilliant”.

The winger will now have the chance to get a bit of rest after being left out of the England squad.
Chelsea’s best player this season
For Campbell, Sterling is the Chelsea star who has impressed the most in the current campaign.
Discussing the 28-year-old after the Blues’ victory at Turf Moor, the former Arsenal forward said: “I think Raheem Sterling’s been probably their best player this season. I know at times they’ve actually put him on the bench for certain games, but today [Saturday], he was brilliant.”
Raheem Sterling finally delivering
A lot was expected of Sterling when Chelsea signed him from Manchester City last summer.
The Blues paid their Premier League rivals £50m for the wide man’s signature and he arrived at Stamford Bridge as one of the best players in the division.

However, Sterling had a season to forget. He scored just six goals in the top flight as Chelsea went on to finish in the bottom half of the table.
The England international has already managed half of that tally this term, showing just how much he has improved under Mauricio Pochettino.
Simply put, we are finally starting to see the Sterling City supporters got to enjoy and long may it continue. If it does, Chelsea may very well have a chance of qualifying for next season’s Champions League come May.
