Trevoh Chalobah has sent a comical three-word message on social media to Chelsea teammate Romelu Lukaku after posting a training ground clip.

Blues defender Chalobah, 22, has uploaded a clip on Twitter of him scoring a goal into the top corner during training.

“I miss what?” Chalobah said while tagging Lukaku.

This comes after the club uploaded a few Chelsea players doing shooting drills on the training pitch on Thursday.

In fairness, both Chalobah and Lukaku scored one and missed one during the shooting clip. However, Mason Mount seemingly clinched the victory in the competition.

It’s worth mentioning that Chalobah’s recent breakthrough has been as a centre-back, but perhaps he’s given a glimpse into why he can also play in midfield.

Lukaku amazing mentor for Chelsea youngsters

First of all, it’s great to see Chalobah mixing it with the senior players.

The 22-year-old seized his chance in pre-season to force his way into Thomas Tuchel’s first-team plans and it looks like he’s here to stay.

Chalonah, along with other inexperienced youngsters at Stamford Bridge, must love having Lukaku around the place.

Lukaku, 28, is now back with the Blues to provide them a goal machine in attack, something they’ve desperately missed in the last few seasons.

In addition, he’s now back in England as a more complete player and a real leader.

The Belgian forward appears to have settled extremely quickly into his Chelsea surroundings and he can really help some of the younger players.
