Chelsea agree personal terms with Filip Jorgensen

Now, Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea have agreed personal terms with the Villarreal man ahead of a potential switch.

He said: “More on Filip Jørgensen exclusive story. Chelsea have reached an agreement with Filip’s camp on personal terms, long term contract ready.

“After OM asking for him, Chelsea want to be fast for Danish GK. Jørgensen has also started following Chelsea on Instagram today.”

Maresca was asked after the game if he was keen to add another goalkeeper to his ranks, however refused to comment on any player who did not currently play for his side.

Doubts over Djordje Petrovic

There are reportedly doubts at the club that Djordje Petrovic can suit Maresca’s playstyle, and he is not currently out with the rest of the Chelsea squad in the United States.

The same fate has met Trevoh Chalobah, with him reportedly gutted at how it looks as if his career at Stamford Bridge is playing out.

The club are actively persuing a sale for the Englishman, something which many supporters are seeing as unfair treatment.

As far as a new goalkeeper goes though, fans are more likely to be open to a new addition after not showing unanimous confidence in the Spaniard since he joined the club last summer.
