Journalist Ben Jacobs has now claimed that Chelsea appear to have dropped their asking price to sell one player in this transfer window.
He took to Twitter to state that he believes the Blues would accept a fee considerably lower than what was previously reported for Armando Broja in the final days of January.
It has been reported throughout this month that Broja is available for a sale if the right bid comes in, likely from a Premier League side.

It has previously been claimed that they were holding out for a fee of around £50m to sign the academy graduate.
While it has been claimed no one has yet been keen to meet that asking price, interest from the likes of Fulham and Wolves has been present.
Now, Jacobs has claimed that the Blues seem like they have budged on that valuation in the final days of January.
Chelsea lower asking price for Broja
He said: “Chelsea open to offers for Armando Broja in the final few days of the window. Fulham in talks, but a bid to date is denied.
“That could well change soon. Wolves also haven’t ruled out a formal offer and are still in the race. Chelsea want a loan with obligation or a permanent transfer for £35m+.
“But some sources indicate if the £33m bid West Ham made in summer 2022 was tabled it could well be accepted. No doubt interested clubs have a lower valuation than Chelsea as it stands.
“Aston Villa not currently as active as it stands, but Jhon Duran was discussed in a form of ‘swap’ for Broja previously.”
Chelsea are reportedly willing to sell this month despite the fact this will currently leave them with just Nicolas Jackson available as a recognised striker.
There will be a lot of pressure on his shoulders to deliver until a regular option comes in, likely in the summer.
