Chelsea have a lot of convincing to do if they want one manager to replace Liam Rosenior.
Chelsea sacked Rosenior last week, leaving the club in need of a new permanent head coach. For the time being, Calum McFarlane is once again taking temporary charge of the team.
He has got off to a great start in his second spell as interim manager after guiding the Blues to a 1-0 win against Leeds United in the FA Cup semi-final.

Chelsea hoping to convince Francesco Farioli despite desire to remain at Porto
Porto boss Francesco Farioli is one name Chelsea are thought to be considering, but they have already hit a brick wall with him.
It was recently reported that Farioli has no interest in the Chelsea job, while he has since come out and dismissed the idea of leaving Porto for the Club World Cup winners.
However, it does not look like Chelsea are going to give up so easily. Journalist Simon Phillips has claimed on Si Phillips Talks Chelsea that they will still speak to him to see if they can change his mind.
Farioli and Porto are closing in on the Portuguese league title, sitting six points above Jose Mourinho’s Benfica at the top of the table.
Would you take any of these Premier League managers at Chelsea?
Farioli is set to defend that title with Porto next season if they do go on to win it rather than join Chelsea and challenge for a spot in the Premier League’s top four.
Other names will be much easier to appoint this summer, including Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola.
Iraola is another individual Chelsea are said to be considering, and his contract at the Vitality Stadium expires at the end of the season. Xabi Alonso will also be available after being sacked by Real Madrid in January.
All in all, for now, Farioli seems unlikely, especially when someone such as Iraola is going to be on the market.
