Acheampong can feature in any Alonso system

It is so far unclear whether the new Chelsea boss will look to use a back three or a back four when he takes over at Stamford Bridge.

Acheampong has featured as both a right-back and centre-back during his limited appearances for the first team, giving him plenty of opportunities to feature for the Blues.

He could find himself in the same position as Jorrel Hato, who has also excelled across multiple positions in defence.

Acheampong is an incredibly talented young player, however he will quickly get frustrated if there remains no real opportunity for him to progress in West London.
