On 20th August 2015, Pedro signed for Chelsea from Barcelona for £21million.
And due to his success at Barcelona as part of that great Pep Guardiola team, he came with high expectations.
His first season however just happened to be Jose Mourinho’s final season in his second spell – a season where Chelsea under-performed and finished 10th.
But during the next two years, under Antonio Conte, Pedro really displayed his importance to the team, and showed exactly why he was so highly rated in La Liga at Barcelona.
With competition high from Eden Hazard and Willian, the Spaniard has scored 20 goals in 91 appearances and has won both the Premier League and the FA Cup.
And he has had a hot start to the new season under Maurizio Sarri, scoring twice in the opening two games.
