Chelsea’s six-game losing streak finally came to end this afternoon away to Bournemouth.
The Blues went into Saturday’s fixture at Bournemouth on a six-game losing streak across all competitions, but they’ve just earned a precious three points in the Premier League.
Conor Gallagher opened the scoring in the opening 10 minutes with his glancing header. Bournemouth did go in level thanks to Vina’s eye-catching equalising goal, though.
It seemed like Frank Lampard’s side were heading for a draw on the south coast. However, they scored two late goals to give the travelling supporters big reason to cheer, plus they passed the 40-point barrier in the league table.
Benoit Badiashile and Joao Felix were both on the scoresheet for Chelsea to relieve a small amount of pressure on the club.

Badiashile the boss
A selection of Chelsea supporters on social media were left praising Benoit Badiashile for his individual performance.
The 22-year-old defender had featured in just one of Lampard’s first six games in charge, but he was promoted to the starting line-up for the Bournemouth trip.
He’s a towering left-footed centre-back that looks calm on the ball. Also, he scored his first ever Blues goal to put his team 2-1 ahead.
The French centre-half volleyed in a Hakim Ziyech set-piece to leave a big mark on today’s fixture.

Surely, Badiashile has done enough to keep his spot in the starting XI for the remaining four games of the season.
He’s looked very impressive in the games he’s played since joining mid-season from Monaco.
Now, Lampard has seen first-hand his impact on the team.
