The 22-year-old tucked in a first-time finish at the near-post to show the kind of form heโ€™s been in all season at Stamford Bridge.

Heโ€™s scored 11 goals and supplied four assists in 18 games across all competitions so far for Chelsea

โ€œSouth east London boys to Wembley Jadon Sancho. Glad to get my first in the shirt tonight. Celebrated Englandโ€™s 1000th game in style,โ€ Abraham wrote on his personal Twitter account.

After expressing his delight on social media, a selection of Chelsea supporters were drawn towards his link-up with Jadon Sancho.

Borussia Dortmund winger Sancho assisted Abraham for the seventh goal late on and the Chelsea centre-forward posted an image with him.
