Darren Bent believes Mauricio Pochettino should make the unpopular decision to starting picking Romelu Lukaku again for Chelsea.
Romelu Lukaku, 30, has been left completely out of the picture at Chelsea this summer since returning from a season-long loan spell at Inter Milan.
The transfer speculation continues to fly around where the striker will play his football in the upcoming campaign. Now, talkSPORT pundit Bent has made a very bold suggestion.

Bent thinks Chelsea head coach Pochettino could do a lot worse than bring Lukaku back into the fold.
“I know Chelsea fans will hate this… they need a No 9, I’m bringing back Lukaku. What would you rather have? No striker and can’t score or a striker that can score?” Bent told talkSPORT.
“If Pochettino can have a conversation with him and say, ‘Give me a year’. Why not?
“I’d rather have him playing than sitting there doing nothing. You’re paying him all this money to do what?”

Football Transfers reports this week that West Ham are considered frontrunners this summer to complete the signing of Lukaku. They add that Pochettino still expects the 30-year-old centre-forward to leave before the transfer window closes.
We simply can’t picture Lukaku performing a U-turn and playing another game for Chelsea.
There’s too much bad blood between parties so the players needs a move where he can go play regularly elsewhere.
As for Pochettino’s side, they’re back in a position where everyone’s questioning how to find a clinical No 9 to score consistently up top.
