Chelsea have huge faith in Armando Broja and think he’s destined for big things in the future.
That is according to a report from The Athletic.
Chelsea’s Armando Broja, who’s just 22, is a young striker working his way back from a long-term injury absence.
The Blues academy graduate has proven himself to be quite a complete centre-forward with a very high ceiling, which is why his imminent return is very eagerly anticipated by everyone at Stamford Bridge.

The Athletic says that Chelsea “really like” Broja as a player.
In fact, the club are “big believers” in the 22-year-old’s potential moving forward.
Broja is a forgotten man in this Blues squad because his injury means he’s not actually played yet in 2023, so his comeback will give a much-needed boost in attack.
The £78,000-a-week (Salary Sport) centre-forward is quick, strong and can lead the line a proper No 9.
We still need to wait and see if he can be an out-and-out goalscorer at the top level. Also, how badly has this injury setback halted his progression?

Speaking recently on the London Is Blue Podcast, journalist Nizaar Kinsella explained that Broja is “very close” to being back for Chelsea.
The club are opting to be cautious when it comes to bringing him back into the fold, which we do understand after such a long layoff.
It’s going to be such healthy competition at the top end of the pitch when Broja and Jackson can compete against each other for a starting striker position.
