Chelsea are on the road again in 2024, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side embarks on another pre-season tour in a foreign country.

In 2023, it was the United States of America where the Chelsea manager and his first-team squad journeyed out, taking part in some memorable fixtures.

Where are they headed this time around? Here is everything you need to know about it.

Where is Chelsea’s 2024 pre-season tour taking place?

Chelsea will be returning to the USA this summer for the Pre-Season Tour 2024.

This is the third consecutive year that the Blues will be heading to the States. Last season’s campaign saw them play some absolute footballing giants in some stunning places.

When does pre-season start?

Pre-season officially begins for Chelsea on Wednesday the 24th of July 2024, when they have a repeat of last year’s fixture against Rob McElhenney’s and Ryan Reynold’s Wrexham side.

Fixtures

So far as of 28/05/2024, five fixtures have been announced for Chelsea’s pre-season tour, with one women’s fixture. All six are dotted around the States.

Chelsea vs Manchester City – Saturday 3 August at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio
Chelsea vs Real Madrid – Tuesday 6 August at Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina
Gotham FC vs Chelsea Women – Monday 19 August at Red Bull Arena, Harrison, New Jersey
