Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku posted more update on social media as he continues his injury recovery heading into the international break.
The 28-year-old picked up an ankle injury in Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Malmo on October 20 and has been out since.
Lukaku and Timo Werner, who also sustained a hamstring problem in the same fixture, have been left out of Belgium and Germany’s squads for this month’s World Cup qualifiers, respectively, and can focus on their recovery.

While Thomas Tuchel himself refused to set a timetable for the pair’s return, at least Lukaku seems to have begun taking individual work.
Last Friday, he confirmed on social media that he did some running and later continued the progress on Sunday.
Important fixtures ahead for Chelsea
Kai Havertz, who has filled Lukaku’s absence, Reece James and Ben Chilwell’s fine goalscoring form has kept Chelsea on the winning track, Saturday’s draw with Burnley aside.
Still, Chelsea’s next three opponents are Leicester City, Juventus, and Manchester United, and they will need all the firepower they can get.
This includes Mateo Kovacic and Marcos Alonso, who are also struggling with injuries.
