In recent transfer windows, Chelsea have signed many talented young players, with Estevao Willian instantly coming to mind.
Estevao is only 18 but has already made an immediate impact at Chelsea, providing an assist in their 5-1 win against West Ham United last Friday.
Kendry Paez has made a good start to life in Europe as well, impressing in his first start for Strasbourg over the weekend. Liam Rosenior lauded Paez after his full debut, stating that Chelsea have an “ultra-talented player” on their hands.
Estevao and Paez are not the only youngsters who should have fans feeling excited, though.

Kazakh scout thinks Chelsea have struck gold with Dastan Satpaev
Kairat Almaty striker Dastan Satpaev is another promising talent who has been signed by Chelsea, with the Kazakh set to move to Stamford Bridge next year when he turns 18.
One scout from Kazakhstan thinks Chelsea have “hit the jackpot” with Satpaev, who once allegedly scored 54 goals in just 19 appearances at under-17 level.
Speaking to The Sun, Kazakh scout Olzhas said: “According to his coach, there was a season where Kairat’s under-17 team won the championship with a goal difference of 186 to zero, and in that campaign Satpaev scored 54 goals with 50 assists in just 19 matches.
“The stats speak for themselves, 20 goal contributions in a season at just 16, including three goals and one assist in the Champions League qualifiers. Chelsea really hit the jackpot here, and the most important thing now will be how they smoothly integrate him into the first team.
“He is probably the most gifted footballer from Kazakhstan since the country gained independence.”
Despite still being just 17 years of age, Satpaev is already one of Kairat’s most important players and adored by the fans.
During one recent Champions League game, Kairat supporters were heard singing Satpaev’s name. Costing around £3m, Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital can be delighted with their purchase of the Kazakhstan international.

What Dastan Satpaev has said about his Chelsea move
Chelsea are often criticised for stockpiling, and there is a fear that Satpaev could end up being just another number at Cobham.
The teenager, though, is convinced that a move to west London could benefit his career.
In an interview that The Sun has relayed, Satpaev said: “My favourite player at the moment is Lamine Yamal. I’d love to compete with him in the future. If everything goes well, that will be at Chelsea when I turn 18.
“Honestly, I’m not sure if it’s the best option, but I think Chelsea knows how to work with young players. The club really invests in them. Even if it comes to a loan, they can find a good club for me. Of course, I’ll try to establish myself in the first team at Chelsea and become a leader there.”
Not a lot of people will know who Satpaev is at this moment in time, but in a few years, he could be a name that the whole football world is talking about if Chelsea can get his development right.
