The Blues supporters are patiently waiting for the first international break of the season to conclude. Afterwards, Enzo Maresca’s first-team group will travel to rivals Brentford on Saturday night in the Premier League.

Chelsea captain Reece James shone for England’s senior team in their 2-0 win over Andorra at the weekend.

Elsewhere, Chelsea fans criticised their winger Jamie Gittens after his performance for the England Under-21s in their 2-0 victory against Kazakhstan.

Chelsea gem Ryan Kavuma-McQueen scores four times for Young Lions

On Tuesday, Chelsea prospect Ryan Kavuma-McQueen delivered a masterclass on the international stage for England’s Under-17s side.

England beat Germany 7-5 in a thrilling U17 friendly, which secured three wins from three for Liam Bramley’s side during the international period.

Kavuma-McQueen, who is just 16, was the star of the show. The talented winger scored four goals and provided one assist as part of an unforgettable performance for his country.

Kavuma-McQueen, who has been playing on the left wing for Chelsea’s Under-21s team this season, operated from the right flank for England on Tuesday. It worked an absolute treat, too!

The 16-year-old winger’s best goal was a thunderous effort with his stronger left foot from outside the box. In addition, he scored one penalty kick as well as two more tidy finishes from open play inside the box.

Even though Liverpool held interest in signing Kavuma-McQueen earlier this year, Chelsea held on to their rising star as he signed a new contract with them.
