Some Chelsea fans have gotten excited after defender Antonio Rudiger sent a birthday message to reported Chelsea target Kai Havertz.
Rudiger has been somewhat of a hero among some Chelsea fans after a previous report from SportBild claiming the defender played a big role in convincing Timo Werner to join Chelsea.
Despite no official announcement being made over the RB Leipzig striker’s move to Chelsea, with reports from various sources all supporting the claim, as far as the fans are concerned, Rudiger has been their transfer hero.
And as Chelsea have now been linked with another German talent Kai Havertz (The Guardian), these fans are hoping for another Rudiger’s personal approach to help convince his Germany teammate to join the Blues.
Rudiger has sent Havertz who turns 21 today a birthday message on Twitter, saying: “Happy birthday, my brother.”
It did not take long before some Chelsea fans started replying to the tweet with some hilarious and creative reactions.
