One thing that has been a positive this season for Chelsea in comparison to the last 12 months has been the fact that they have avoided a mass injury exodus up to now.
They have obviously been concerned about this at the club, with them ensuring that each position is well stocked with depth for Enzo Maresca.
The only real mini-crisis they have suffered is at the right-back position, with Malo Gusto pulling out of international duty due to an injury.
He missed a couple of Premier League games too, with Axel Disasi and Wesley Fofana filling in at times.
This has been because Reece James has been unavailable for the entire season so far due to an injury he suffered in the lead up to the opener.
There is no doubting just how good the club captain is on his day. Jeremy Doku described him as ‘quality’ after coming up against him.
Maresca recently stated that he didn’t know when James would be fit again, however the England international has now updated supporters on his personal Instagram account.

Chelsea fans can only be excited about the prospect of adding James and his quality to the side they currently have, with them being one of the surprise packages of the season so far.
The Blues currently sit in the top four of the table, and many believe they have the best player in the Premier League at their disposal.
Cole Palmer has started in electric form this season, picking up where he left off as the most important player Chelsea have right now.
James is likely to be eased back in again when fit, with appearances unlikely in the Conference League and Carabao Cup.
