Enzo Maresca does not have long to celebrate his first win as Chelsea manager before they are back in action again in the Premier League.
The Italian was able to make a number of changes to his side for the Conference League clash with Servette, with one of those coming between the sticks.
Filip Jorgensen impressed Chelsea fans on his competitive debut for the club, and kept a clean sheet for the first time at his new club.

This is quite the comparison to how Robert Sanchez got on in his first appearance of the season against Manchester City.
Gary Neville described Sanchez as nervous, and he will feel like he could have done better for Mateo Kovacic’s second half strike that killed the game.
Maresca says Robert Sanchez to start in goal for Chelsea vs Wolves
Maresca has claimed in his pre-match press conference that the plan for the minute is for the Spaniard to start Premier League games, meaning he is in line to start on Sunday against Wolves.
He said to Football London: “This is the plan in this moment, but the plan can change. I’ve said many times, I judge the players on the level [they are playing at].
“So if the level continues to be the same then probably Robert will be Premier League and Filip in the Conference League or the cups that we have. But in the end, it is just about performance.”
Pedro Neto unlikely to start
Maresca didn’t name any new signings in his starting side for the Premier League opener, although a number of them were on display in Europe last night.
One of those was Pedro Neto for his first start for the club, however Maresca has also claimed that he is unlikely to be handed two starts in three days as he continues to get back to full fitness after a rough season of injuries.
