Chelsea are putting a lot of faith in the youngsters they have signed over the past few years to be the shining light of the project carried out by Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali at the club.
The highlight addition up to now has been Estevao Willian, with very few young players in world football coming close to the potential he has at the top level.
Only Lamine Yamal was ahead of Estevao in a list of the most promising wonderkids in world football, with fellow future Blues Kendry Paez and Geovany Quenda also on the list.
After a record-breaking campaign in terms of goals and assists, the new campaign has seen a slower start to life in front of goal for the Brazil international.
The teenager has been featuring in a different way at times this season. Estevao played at wing-back recently following an early injury in the Palmeiras ranks.

Estevao Willian’s bright Chelsea future
There has been no talk of Estevao leaving Chelsea on loan this summer, with him expected to be in the first team squad next season.
There is even talk that Estevao could be a starter when he joins the club, as a result of how impressive he has already shown that he is.
Enzo Maresca has been desperate for his wingers to step up in front of goal this season, with the likes of Jadon Sancho and Pedro Neto not providing enough in the final third since joining the club.
However, in a time where he is no doubt under pressure from Chelsea fans, the youngster could be the saviour that the Italian has been looking for when it comes to next season.
